Every guest gets a pass
When a guest RSVPs yes, their pass appears on screen and in their confirmation email. You can also send it from your guest list. No app needed.

What is QR guest check-in?
QR guest check-in gives every guest a unique, scannable QR pass. At the door, the host or a greeter scans each guest's pass with a phone. Bloomvite marks that guest as arrived and updates the arrivals count. It turns the entrance from a paper list into a one-second scan.
Do other invitation tools have QR check-in?
Most do not. Withjoy, Zola, The Knot, Paperless Post, and Evite can print a QR code, but it opens the invitation or RSVP page; it does not check anyone in. Door check-in is usually found in event-ticketing tools such as Eventbrite and RSVPify. Bloomvite includes it on the $39 and $79 tiers.
Does the guest need an app to check in?
No. Guests get their pass link when they RSVP yes (on screen and in their confirmation email), and you can also send it from your guest list. They show the QR on their phone, or print it. You scan it in any modern phone browser. No app for guests or staff.
How much does QR check-in cost?
It's included in Bloomvite Pro at $39 per event (up to 300 people), and Large event at $79 per event (up to 1,000 people). Free events get beautiful invites and RSVP; check-in is the paid upgrade.
Can two people check guests in at the same time?
Yes. Open the check-in screen on more than one phone and scan at several doors at once. Every scan goes to the same guest list, so a pass already scanned at another door is flagged as already checked in. There is also a check-in by name for a guest without their pass.
