Everything the night needs

Built for the whole celebration, not just the card.

On every plan, including Free

  • All ten templates

Each a distinct layout with real web typography, from a letterpress plate to a Mediterranean arch.

  • Fonts, accent, cover photo

Four font pairs, six vetted accents or your own color, and a full-bleed photo, on a live preview.

  • Story, schedule, registry, photos

Sections under the invitation for everything guests need, so there is no separate website to build.

  • Online RSVP

Meal preferences, dietary notes, plus-ones, a note to you, and an answer for each part of the day.

  • An RSVP deadline

Set a deadline, then RSVPs close so your numbers hold.

  • Share it your way

Email or text each guest their personal link yourself, or share one public link.

  • Edit after sending

The invitation is a live page, so a time or venue change reaches every guest instantly.

  • No watermark, no ads

Nothing on your invitation but your invitation. On every plan.

Added on the $39 and $79 plans

  • More people

Up to 300 people for $39 per event, or 1,000 for $79. One-time, no subscription.

  • Invitations and reminders sent for you

Bloomvite emails your invitations, then automatic RSVP reminders before your deadline.

  • Seating chart

Tables with capacities, and one-tap seating from your confirmed guests.

  • Guest list import

Paste your whole list from a spreadsheet: name, email, and phone, one guest per line.

  • QR door check-in

A personal pass per guest, scanned from any phone, with repeat scans flagged.

What Bloomvite deliberately leaves out

Bloomvite is not a wedding-planning suite. There is no registry store, no vendor marketplace, no budget tracker, and no ads. The free wedding sites include those because the registry and the vendors pay for everything else. We would rather charge a flat fee once, for the events that need more than 50 people, and keep the product about one thing: an invitation worth opening, and RSVPs that take care of themselves.

If you want a planning suite, our comparisons with Zola and Withjoy say plainly when they are the better choice.
