Choose by the job you need done
Zola offers a free wedding website connected to its guest list, registry and RSVP tools. Bloomvite focuses on a designed invitation page with RSVP and guest management. Start with the format you need, then compare the full event cost and the features you will use.
What this comparison covers
This page is written by Bloomvite, one of the products being compared. We reviewed linked official product information on 10 October 2026. It is a documentation comparison, not a hands-on test of every vendor workflow. Prices and availability can change; confirm your selected features before paying.
Zola's official product information describes a free wedding website connected to its guest list, registry and RSVP tools. Its website includes travel details, photo and video sections and optional password protection. A custom domain costs extra.
What Bloomvite includes
Bloomvite is free for one event and up to 50 people, including plus-ones and children, with all ten templates and no watermark. You share guest links yourself by text, WhatsApp or your own email. Pro is $39 per event for up to 300 people and adds invitation emails and automatic RSVP reminder emails, envelope reveal, seating, CSV import and QR check-in. Large event is $79 for up to 1,000 people. Guests need no account or app to RSVP. See the current plan details.
Each template has a live preview and controls for fonts, accent color and a cover photo. Use the template gallery to judge the look yourself. Bloomvite provides one invitation page with sections such as story, schedule and registry links; it does not sell printed cards or provide a built-in gift registry.
Compare people, recipients and the total cost
Bloomvite caps people, not households or messages. A guest with one additional guest uses two places. A 120-person wedding fits Pro at $39 for the event, including the paid features listed above. Free is limited to one event and 50 people.
For another service, calculate the same actual event: invited people, invitation recipients, selected design, delivery channel, domains and paid extras. A per-recipient service may count a household message differently from a people cap. Do not compare a headline starting price to a fully configured event.
RSVP and sharing details
Bloomvite supports meal choices, dietary notes, additional-guest limits and separate replies for sub-events. Guests open their personal link in a browser and do not create an account. On Free, you send the links yourself. Automatic RSVP reminder emails are a Pro and Large event feature. They target eligible pending guests with an email address while the published event is open for replies, subject to sending limits. They are not automatic texts. Follow up manually with guests who have no eligible email address.
Keep one primary RSVP list if you use both products. Linking to an existing wedding website for travel or a registry can work; collecting replies in two places creates a reconciliation task.

Before you move a guest list
Test the invitation and RSVP with a sample guest first. Bloomvite's CSV import requires Pro or Large. Match your existing columns to the import fields and check names and additional-guest limits before sharing new links. Keep an existing RSVP system available until replies are reconciled; do not assume exports transfer every setting.
Read website versus invitation and our RSVP comparison guide, then try a wedding invitation.
